For those I haven't spoken to since graduation, in the end I didn't end up moving to Brazil after all. After shedding many tears, I decided the time was right to open my art gallery here in NYC, taking advantage of lower rents etc., while many galleries around town were shutting their doors, and yet just as the economy was showing signs, if not of improving, at least of bottoming out. The idea was to get in "at the bottom of the market" and be ready to take advantage of the inevitable upturn. I'm sure some of the brainiacs in the class like Clucky and Mr. Martin will tell me I'm all wrong, but anyways at this point I'm deep in it, there's no turning back now.
Anyways, so you probably all got the email, but the opening is next week, on Thursday Feb 11. All are welcome, and for those not in town look forward to seeing you on your next visit to NYC.
